  Why should I choose A Day to Remember?

Your wedding day will always be special to you. A Day to Remember can eliminate most of what makes a wedding day stressful. We create a beautiful atmosphere for a very reasonable price. In addition, our photobooths will help preserve the cherished memories.

     
Question:
  When I order a package, is there a travel fee?
Answer:
 

Davis county is serviced for free. Most other areas will be serviced for $0.35 per mile. This means if you live about an hour away from Farmington, your fee would be about $35. Contact us for a specific price quote.

     
Question:
  What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer:
 
We accept credit/debit card via PayPal, cash, or check. PayPal is a very safe way to make a payment through the internet, and you do not need a PayPal account to use this method. Contact us for a PayPal payment request.
     
Question:
  We are having two receptions in different areas, can I get a discount?
Answer:
  Yes! If you purchase a package for one reception, you may receive the same package for a second reception at 25% off.

Are items delivered or do we have to pick them up?
Answer:
 
If you order one of our photo or food packages, we will deliver, setup, and take down everything you order. If you order a picture slideshow, novelty or other DIY item, you are responsible for pickup and return.

How far in advance do we have to reserve our date?
Answer:
  You must reserve your wedding date at least a week in advance. However, to ensure that your wedding date is available and for us to provide the best possible service, we reccommend that you make your reservation as soon as you know your wedding date.

When is payment due?
Answer:
  When booking a rental, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your wedding date. (Your deposit is applied toward your total balance). The remaining balance is due two weeks before your reserved date. Please make checks payable to A Day to Remember Receptions, or contact us for a debit/credit card payment request.

May I rent items individually?
Answer:
 
Many of our rental items are available only in a package. If there is something specific you'd like us to consider, please contact us for special consideration.

What are my responsibilities when I order a package?
Answer:
 
You are responsible for completing an order form and turning in a deposit to reserve your date; then full payment two weeks before the event. You are also responsible for making sure we have access your building (or outdoor location) at least 1.5 hours prior to your event (some rentals require longer setup). We will setup and take down all of your rented items, but you will be responsible for cleaning the venue.

How do I reserve my wedding date?
Answer:
 
When we receive a completed and signed order form along with your deposit of $100 dollars, we will reserve your wedding date. At this time we will begin turning away customers from that date.

Where do I send my completed order form?
Answer:
 

We prefer to receive the completed forms via email. You can scan and send them to:

If you don't have access to a scanner, you can mail it to the address on your invoice.

Does the Photo Booth rental come with an album for the pictures?
Answer:
  No. We have discontinued this because we have found that most customers prefer to choose their own albulm. We recomment selecting a 12" x 12" scrapbook with coordinating pens & paper.
